Sunset Over the Plains by Cyndy Carstens
Mr. & Mrs. S. from Kentucky commissioned the plains of Kansas and a windmill be added to "Let the Light Shine". In order to do that, I needed to move up the horizon line and change some of the major cloud formations as well as the light from the setting sun. They were thrilled and I love the result, too.
